Q: What is your framed print store about?
A: My store offers a handpicked selection of original, high-quality framed prints. We aim to provide beautiful and unique pieces to enhance your home or office décor.

Q: What types of prints do you offer?
A: I offer a curated selection of some of my favourite original images. All prints are available in multiple sizes and framing options.
Q: What sizes do the prints come in?
A: Unframed prints come in 4 standard sizes, from small (A3 - 30 x 42cm) to Epic (A0 - 84 x 119cm). Custom sizes are also available upon request.
Q: What is the total size of the frames?
A: Frames come in 4 standard sizes, from small (42 x 54cm) to Epic (98 x 133cm). See above photo for reference. Please note that as all frames are custom made to order, slight variations may occur. All framed images come with a 5cm white mat border.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Yes, you can choose from various framing options and print sizes to customize your framed print to suit your taste and décor.
Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, browse the online store, select the print and framing options you like, and add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: If you change your mind or think you’ve made a mistake during ordering please contact me as soon as possible to discuss.
Shipping
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: Delivery via tracked courier is standard for all orders. Dispatch is within 7 working days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately not, not yet anyway.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: As all prints and frames are custom made, orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or damage.
Q: How do I return a damaged item?
A: In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to initiate the return/replacement process. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: If the issue can’t be resolved or the item replaced, refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Q: What materials are used in your frames?
A: Our frames are made from high-quality, sustainably sourced timber. Each frame is carefully crafted to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
Q: Are the prints high quality?
A: Yes, all our prints are produced using high-resolution printing techniques on premium paper to ensure vibrant colors and sharp details.
Q: How do I care for my framed print?
A: To keep your framed print looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Clean the frame and glass with a soft, dry cloth.
Miscellaneous
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Although these framed images make great gifts, gift cards are not available at this point.
Q: Can I see a preview of my custom print before ordering?
A: Yes, digital previews are available on the product page. This allows you to see how your chosen design and framing options will look before making a final purchase.
